I grew up in a small town in California and came to Phoenix to go to school; I liked it here, and so I decided to stay. I'm a pretty laid back and friendly guy and often a homebody. I have a cat and a cockatiel, and they are both very friendly and pretty quiet. I like to play video games, bowl, skateboard, and hike. There are great hiking trails close to the house in South Mountain Preserve.

Great condo in a gated complex in Ahwatukee Foothills conveniently located 0.5 miles from the South Mountain 202, which is now open! The community offers the quiet and intimacy of small-town living, yet within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment on Chandler Blvd and Ray Rd. It's close to Desert Foothills Park, and you'll have access to the nearby South Mountain preserve and its many hiking trails. I'm looking for someone to rent one bedroom in a large 3-bedroom 2-story condo; the 3rd bedroom will remain empty. You would have a private bedroom and bathroom that's available furnished with a queen bed and dresser or unfurnished. The room comes with one parking space in the attached 2-car garage. The condo community is friendly and quiet, with plenty of guest parking, a pool, and a jacuzzi. There are two pets in the condo, a cat and a cockatiel, which are friendly and quiet.
