I am looking for a new roommate to replace my current one who is moving out at the end of our current lease term. The apartment is located on the south side of Austin and is about 20 minutes from downtown. It will be for a years lease and the rent will be split in half. Your share of the rent will be roughly around $985 a month + electric. Internet however, will be free. You will have your own bedroom as well as bathroom. additionally, you'll be free to decorate the living room anyway you wish. The unit also has washer and dryer. This unit will be available on July 22, 2025 at the latest, but early move in may be possible depending on when my current roommate moves out.
