Nicolas K - $1,400/month

Hi!

I currently live in San Diego, but I am looking to move into another place no later than the end of July. Many people I work with have suggested getting a small group together and renting a larger space in order to keep costs down, and so I am on here to accomplish just that.

Some things about me: I'm an aspiring writer and work in education and management, am an introverted nerd who likes hanging out at home and enjoys small groups, I like to cook and am very clean, and am an avid hiker who is always looking with more people to hike alongside.

As far as renting requirements, I can live pretty much anywhere in San Diego as my job is mostly remote, and my budget is $1400, but I would prefer to spend less if possible.
