Hi!! Me and my roommate Nikki are looking to fill a room in our 3br 2bath apartment! Located in the Morena/Linda Vista neighborhood - quiet, central, and easy to get to beaches! I’ve lived here for a year already and I love it!

Rent: $1150/month + utilities (wifi, gas, electric split evenly between roommates; appx ~100/month).

Shared bathroom between two rooms
Common spaces and bedrooms are furnished; the landlord is open to removing furniture too

2 Tandem parking spots in the back, also plenty of street parking

Upper unit of a duplex with another unit downstairs, the laundry/storage room is shared between the two units

About us:
I (25), work full time as a speech therapist, and when I’m not working I like going to the beach, reading, pottery, hiking, and trying different breweries!
Nikki (25) works as a server and likes hiking, baking, reading, and going to concerts!
