Jennifer B - $700/month

I’m looking for a room in an already established house/apartment in the Dallas area, within a 20 minute drive of my new place of employment, located near the intersection of Kiest Blvd. and Duncanville Rd. 75326 (I think it would be considered West or Southwest Dallas?).
I’m clean, responsible, and drama free. I would like to sign a contract for 9 months or less, as my job contract, like most of the ones I take, is 10 months long (end of August through end of May 2020). I’m so tired of moving furniture- I’m ready to be a minimalist traveling with just a few suitcases. I need a private room and bathroom. I keep to myself with the exception of some kitchen use. My ideal roommate is responsible but laid back and has no desire to be my best friend or my parent. I need to stay around $500/month including utilities.
