Hi, I relocated to NYC to finish up my bachelors at a fashion school in the city! I am 23 and have a small French bulldog that does not bark! I moved to Hell's Kitchen in the beginning of this month and now need a roommate, as mine backed out last minute. It's a luxury apartment with amazing amenities. The room I need filled would be the flex room, the wall is not built. The apartment allows full flexes, but I don't care what you decide to do, you can put bookcases if you wanted to lol. The apartment has high ceilings, a full equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, there's one bathroom, it has tons of storage and there is a utility closet. There is AC and a heater, heat is free. The utilities would include, wifi & water/power bill. Now for building amenities, there is 24/7 concierge, it's a super safe and secure building. There's a two story full equipped gym, with a full basket ball court and a yoga/ stretch studio. There is also a theatre room, tons of lounges, there are rooftop patios (closed for the winter, will open again after) with grills. There's an organized mail room for packages, there's dry cleaning, valet/parking, laundry room (there is a w&d in unit, but they have extra) and a pet grooming service in the building. It's a great building, with lots to do and it's located in Hell's Kitchen. The rent price for the room is $1,797 ( not including utilities) but the last month is free rent. It's ready to be moved into! I am very respectful of my roommates and their space.Most of the time I'll be focussed on school, designing clothes for my brand or watching Netflix lol. Im a chill person and easy going! I do have a French bulldog, that does not bark, she'll be kept in my room majority of the time. Message me if you want more information on the place! :)
