Room for Rent in Rattan Creek Neighborhood House

I have 2 available rooms in my house for rent. $750 for each room including utilities. They are mirror images of each other so the images shown would apply for both rooms. I have a roll-out day bed that converts from a twin size to a queen size bed available in one of them. I can also remove it if you would like to put your own bedding in. The two bedrooms are downstairs and both roommates will share a bathroom together.

You will have access to the common area which includes a dining room with my large pottery barn couch and an 84" smart television, premium sound system, and PS4 Pro. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, and range hood. In the garage are the washer and dryer as well as a large chest freezer that you will have access to. There is a backyard with a deck that tenants are welcome to use as well.

About me: I am a 34 yr old male Uber Driver so I am mostly out of the house for the most part. I work almost every day so the house is pretty quiet most of the time. I am an easy-going person and enjoy golfing, paddleboarding and generally being active outdoors. I spend the rest of my free time trying to socialize in Meetup groups and other events where I hope I will find some good friends. I do not want any drama so the house will be kept tidy at all times and I will be respectful of the common space that we all share. If you would like we can webcam chat or meet beforehand to see if we would be a good fit to be living with each other.

Looking for: Clean and considerate roommates who are respectful towards the other people that are living here. I simply ask for peace and acceptance in my household and hope to find roommates who want the same. Please let me know if you have any questions at all beforehand. I am open to month-month arrangements or a year lease if you are more comfortable with that, I have already had a nightmare roommate so my primary goal is finding good people to live with.
