Very clean and respectful. Have had a lot of previous roommates and they've all mostly been good. One roommate had pets that attacked me though so no pets please!

I'm an electrical engineer with my bachelors but thinking about grabbing my masters starting in the fall. At home I'm typically gaming though my friends make me go to a bar around once or twice a month. I don't usually bring friends home as I prefer leaving my house to hangout.

Cleanliness is fairly important as I like to keep a nice and kept house but im not super anal about it, just make sure dishes are cleaned within a couple days of using them and we're good lol. I already own a fair bit of nice furniture that I would like to use but I don't mind selling it if need be.
