Available Room for Rent
Master bedroom available July 1st, has its own private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The room is very large, the size of a studio. It's a secured building, laundry on site, street parking (there is always plenty of parking), central AC/Heat, elevators, pool, court yard, 2 blocks to the 101, walking distance to Ventura/Gelsons/Starbucks/etc, Just off Laurel Canyon (extremely good location), Rent is $995 a month plus utilities. It's a nice safe area. Deposit is $995 (to be paid when the sublease agreement is signed, the room will not be held until the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid). It's month to month.
