We currently have three men living together and an extra room at $800/month. The current residents are 25yo, 25yo, and 28yo. Two of us are mechanical engineers in the HVAC industry and the other is in theater production light engineering. We all work from the office primarily, so if you need to work from home that will be seamless.
We currently have two dogs living with us, both very sweet and low maintenance (will cause you no problems), and due to this we prefer a roommate who does not have a pet.
We are open to various lengths of lease, but would prefer a permanent commitment for the remainder of the lease (May 2023).
The room is pretty small, but with that taken into account, the rest of us will be paying $950/month.
