I don't require a ton of time in the kitchen, and clean up after myself after every meal.

I don't mind being friendly but I also enjoy my own personal space. My room is my sanctuary.

Ac or the ability to run ac is very important, as my current situation doesn't have it.

My credit score is flawless and first and last month is no problem.

As I'd have to give notice in my current situation, it may take up to 60 days for me to move in. But I would pay rent at both addresses until the move has been completed.
