We’re a friendly family of four living upstairs in a classic Portland home, working mostly from home. We’re renting out our private basement apartment in the heart of the Buckman neighborhood—just blocks from restaurants, transit, and local parks.

🛏️ Technically a studio, but the size of a one-bedroom apartment (1,100 sq ft), this spacious unit offers plenty of room to relax, work, and make it your own.

The apartment includes:

Kitchenette with essential appliances and a new sink

All utilities included (electricity, water, trash, and high-speed Wi-Fi)

Shared laundry room

Street parking available

🧺 Laundry Room Guidelines
The washer and dryer are shared with us. We ask that wet clothes not be left in the machine and that the washer door is left open after use to prevent mildew.

🔕 Quiet Hours
To keep things peaceful:

Weekdays: 8 PM – 7 AM

Weekends & public holidays: 10 PM – 8 AM

Please note: We have a young child, so you may occasionally hear some daytime noise from upstairs. For this reason, we are not accepting pets at this time.
