I'm a chef, I do enjoy cooking occasionally on a day off, but other than that I like to head to the beach or bay on a day off. I enjoy having quiet nights in, or a night out with friends, I never bring the party home with me. I'm mindful and respectful of shared and individual spaces.

Looking to fill a room in my apartment in PB. One bedroom and private bathroom, coin operated laundry on site, there is also a laundromat across the street. All utilities are included in rent (Internet, Water, Gas, Electric, Trash) I'm work in restaurants so I'm mostly out of the apartment with the exception of days off, and later nights. Parking is between an assigned and non assigned spot, both are in the parking lot, off the street. The apartment is located off Garnet Ave, close to the 5 and in a quiet part of PB.
