I am a Neurodivergent individual who works as a corporate event planner. My schedule is mostly 9-5pm Mon-Friday with a mix of WFH and Office/Onsite. Sometimes I work extended hours.

I tend to go to bed by midnight and am awake between 7-8am. I am rather noise sensitive at night so someone who has a similar sleep schedule as me would be greatly appreciated!

i take a lot of pride in my home and the work/ effort I’ve put into it to create a comfortable but zen space. I like to keep the house tidy and clean and am looking for someone who is down to collaborate on cleaning every week, and limiting clutter in common spaces.

I am quite introverted at home and keep to myself a lot, but enjoy others company as well. I have a somewhat active social life and see friends on the weekend and evenings. I try to travel a few times a year.

I am respectful of the apartment and the fact that it is shared with another person. I try to be mindful of guests over so it’s not encroaching on the other roommate, but do love to host casual game nights or movie nights with friends.

I have a cat, but I am not able to take on any more pets. Boo doesn’t get along with other fur friends, and it’s caused health issues in the past. She’s pretty neutral with humans, hides from most people. Don’t count on being besties with her, but she’s not aggressive to people! (P.S you’d think she is a vegetarian because she eats every plant she can get her paws on…. RIP plant babies)

I'd like someone who is friendly and kind but is okay with us not being super close. Sometimes I just need space to recharge!

As an ND person, communication is really important. It’s best to be honest during this process on how you communicate and what your roommate needs are, a truthful evaluation of your lifestyle. Having different communication styles is okay, as long as we figure out how to make it work for both of us.
