Originally from California, but have been living in New York for a year. I work a standard 9-6pm job and tend to keep it fairly low key during the week. I love working out and usually work out before work. I'm very social and outgoing and do frequently go to happy hour after work or try out new restaurants! I'm looking for a roommate who want to hang out from time to time and have a roomie wine night, or go try out a new spot in the city. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on 6th floor in elevator building in East Village. The apartment is newly renovated with hardwood throughout, and a modern kitchen with dishwasher. The room itself is massive with room for a queen/king size bed, sectional couch, tv stand, and dresser. It almost feels like a studio it is so spacious! It also has two closets (one of which is a large walk in closet) and a large window that gets a ton of natural sunlight. There is also laundry room on the ground floor of the building as well as a virtual doorman and high security system.
