About Me

I have two rooms open one for 600 and one for 650, the lease would be for 6months minimum, possibility to stay if things go in that direction.. I work late nights and like the house to be really clean and well kept, take pride in you're home you know! I am a busy body and ambitious and would love someone who is the same, inspire and motivate each other! I have a huge home gym I built in the garage and a tattoo area downstairs to help me focus on getting back into my tattooing. There's a huge extra living room upstairs that I have no set plans for besides doubling as a guest room if people come to visit, do that gym can be an extra space for you. I like to have fun like the rest of us and am not against occasional house parties and things of that nature, but I by no means want this house to feel like or be treated like a party house. I'm a very blunt, honest and respectful, fun creative, person and, I feel, really easy to get along with! :) I like positivity and being proactive not reactive when/if any issues arise....
