The second room ($800) has a generous closet space and shares one bathroom with two ladies, both rooms are unfurnished. Some utilities are included (Water, Sewer, trash disposal and collection, 940/880 Verizon Internet/WiFi). PSE&G is split evenly within all roomies. The apartment has a gorgeous open kitchen with plenty of cabinets and is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher). Hardwood floors throughout, washer & dryer, Intercom system, central heat & air conditioner.

Free street parking (alternate parking). Driveway parking space available! BJ’s, Costco & Walmart membership access, including same day delivery. Must have employment and proof of income & identity required (state ID or passport). One month and a half for security deposit and first month rent in advance, for a one year lease and keys (No month to month, short terms or barter). This is due the day you’re set to move in.
