In search of roommate

The room is 12’ × 13’ with vinyl flooring. Room is furnished with a bed and a lamp. The room does get a decent amount of light during the day and at night it can get pretty dark. There is plenty of space for storage in the apartment. There are big closets and a big space next to the bathroom. Shared bathroom. Parking is an additional $300 per month, unless you have a motorcycle then you can park it in my space, we might be able to squeeze two cars in the spot I currently have but that might not be for too long.

We do allow pets here in the complex and there is a pet deposit and a pet rent that gets charged when you move in, so keep that in mind. I do not have any pets myself and definitely wouldn’t mind having a pet :) When it comes to a deposit it would be Security Deposit and first month’s rent upon approval. Since it is a property managed building you would have to apply for the room, but I would more than happily cover the cost of the app fee.
