This is a small-medium sized room in a 2-bedroom apt. It is furnished with a desk, chair, clothes rack/bins, dresser, 6-bin shelf, disposal bin, and a twin bed with two mattress layers.

The apartment is on the first floor in a very safe family neighborhood, 1 block from the park. As places begin to reopen, laundry and supermarkets are nearby. The area has cafes, Asian, Hispanic, Turkish, restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is an 8 minutes casual walk to the D train on 9th Ave or 13 minutes walk to R, N, D at 36th St. Local buses are around the corner.

About us:
We are a married couple in our 30's in education and media/finance. We are foodies, love to travel, eat healthy and workout. We are responsible, open-minded, self starters, always constantly learning. At home we are minimalists, like to keep our place clean and organized. Basically we have good habits of maintaining a clean and sanitized apartment.

Who we are looking for: A roommate with a stable income/work and active interests. Someone in the mid 20's and up, who is mature, clean, respectful & responsible would be the ideal roommate for us.

There is also a strict no-shoe policy in the apt. No smokers or drug use of any kind. No Pets. No frequent guests staying over.
