Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 2-bedroom condo in the heart of Miami.
The details:
Address: Biscayne and 69th St., right on the bay.
Rent: 1650 dollars per month (per person) – due on the 1st of each month.
Bills: Around 250 dollars per month (split between 2 people).
Condo Amenities: Gym, laundry room, cafeteria, security, and a pool (currently under construction but will be awesome soon).
Location: Convenient and vibrant area, super close to everything you need.
The apartment is fully furnished, so no need to worry about bringing furniture.
Bonus: The current roommate is a great chef, so be prepared for some awesome food! (Good food is a guarantee!)
