I’m pretty quiet, tidy in common areas(except my own space seems to always be a mess)like to cook and explore city. Occasional drink, not a partier. Laid back and hard working. I work a few nights a week as a bar back, so there will be times I’m coming in late. Looking for easygoing roommate/s that that have a good balance of work and play. My girlfriend is also in NYC and would maybe spend night 2-3x a month. Looking to spend around $1500-all in.
