A single bedroom is available in a two-bedroom apartment in a six-story walkup in Murray Hill. It's closely located to Trader Joes, Crunch Fitness, and the 6. In the summer, the park across the street has available pickleball drop-in around the clock. I am working to get furniture for the living room, but the available room is completely unfurnished. It comes with a sizeable closet and a West facing window. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher as well as A/C unit.
