You can either pay rent or do 30 hours/month housekeeping, like cleaning and vacuuming, because I'm a single man living alone. I'm straight, Catholic, and no pets. The pictures I posted are of the small basement in my small house. I'm currently just using it for dong laundry. It has a small bathroom and separate entrance. I use the shower in the bathroom, so that would have to be shared. Since my house is small, please do not contact me if you will bring large furniture, or are married, or have kids, or invite guests.

As you can see from the pictures of my basement, things could look neater. Please do not contact me if you will bring large furniture, or are married, or have kids, or a lot of pets because the house is small. The living room, dining room, and kitchen can be shared. I will use the upstairs bathroom and you can use the downstairs bathroom in the basement. But, we would both have to use the shower in the basement, so that will take a little scheduling.
