You can either pay rent or do 30 hours/month housekeeping, like cleaning and vacuuming, because I'm a single man living alone. I'm straight, Catholic, and no pets. The pictures I posted are of a 100 square foot room in a small house. You can remove anything you don't want from the room. Since my house is small, please do not contact me if you will bring large furniture, or are married, or have kids, or invite guests.
