Private bedroom in a 1100 square feet, top floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with two 27 year old male roommates.
The room has a west facing window that can open, 1 AC vent, and a closet with rolling doors.
Central HVAC, shared bathroom, full kitchen, dishwasher, balcony, community laundry room, tandem parking space in garage, first come parking in front of building, and easy street parking or grocery center parking if necessary.
A genuinely amazing location on the intersection of Devonshire and Mason; Vons, Trader Joes, Smart & final, Starbucks, Chinese food, Pizza, and tons of other restaurants/stores within a 5 minute walk. We often take a walk to the stores.
10 mins drive to CSUN, 15 mins drive to Pierce College, down the street from Chatsworth train station, an near both Porter Ranch Vineyards and Northridge Mall.
One months rent as deposit. Rent is $883/month + Utilities($20-$100)/month.
Utilities are Gas, Power, Internet, Renters Insurance.
No smoking. No animals. Midnight quiet hours during work week.
Need good Credit Score. $45 screening fee. Valid ID required. Property Management company will obtain a credit report. Proof of income required.
