I have been keeping strict about COVID-19 precautions - I get tested regularly when traveling for work and try to stay home when I can. I have made an alliance with a group of 4 friends who I see regularly and we all are each other's COVID bubble.

Spacious Room in 2BDRM Apartment | Quiet Top Floor with Loads of Natural Sunlight
I have been at my current apartment for the past two years (lived in the neighborhood for almost 6 years). It is on the top floor of a 4 story walkup with great light and the unit is very quiet. The room opening up is LAUGHABLY LARGE with two french doors and a transom window. You will be able to easily fit a queen/king bed, desk, dresser(s), lounge chair, and so much more (and still do a somersault)! Please note that this room does not have a closet - there is shared closet in the living room (it sounds bad but believe me - it's not terrible at all, I promise)
The kitchen, living room, and bathroom all have windows so there is great air circulation and light during the day. Living room is super spacious, but my current roommate is taking a lot of the fixings in the common area- so I’m looking for someone that will be excited about re-designing the space together! We have a live in super who is responsive and very friendly.
The apartment is located two blocks south of the tree lined Eastern Parkway, directly on the corner of President Street / Franklin Avenue. The apartment is a block away from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden Entrance on Washington Avenue, 7 minute walk from the Brooklyn Museum, and 15 minute walk to Grand Army Plaza. Plus - we are basically on Franklin Ave which has tons of great bars and restaurants.
The apartment is also two blocks from the Franklin Avenue 2/3/4/5/S Station, and a 12 minute walk to the Prospect Park B/Q/S Station - not to mention tons of Citibike options around. There is a great 24/7 Laundromat 5 minute walk away and a recently renovated Foodtown 1.5 blocks away.
