Hello All,
I am currently leaving my apartment in Hells Kitchen : ( (arround 44 and 10) I am hoping to find a replacement for my roommates who are staying in the unit. It is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom on the top floor of a 5 story building with an elevator. There is laundry in the building and a target is literally across the street.
My roommates are 2 other gay men (30M and 27M) who have been living here for the past 3 years and would love another gay to join the lease! They both have Hybrid work schedules and go into the office a few times a week.
The room is approximately 14’ x 12’, east and street facing with plenty of natural light. There are two windows and a fire escape. The room has a full closet along the back wall.
The monthly rent of 1770 Rent will be prorated for August depending on your preferred move in date or the lease will begin 9/1/25. Note the earliest move in can be 8/10/25. The new rent as of 10/1/25 will be $1875 and the lease will be one year.
Furniture (optional):
Available for purchase at a negotiable price, just let me know what you’d like to keep. Items include:
• Queen bed frame + mattress (recommend replacing mattress)
• AC window unit
• Three desks
• Dresser
