Hi, we are searching for a professional working in Jersey City, Manhattan or the area to move into one of our bedrooms. It’s a three bedroom/2 bath shared space. You would share the bathroom with one other person. Common space is huge open layout with high ceilings and lots of daylight. No pets as we already have one friendly house cat.

We are renting out 2 private bedrooms, available now. Each bedroom comes with a double sliding door closet. The apartment is contemporary, with hardwood floors and granite countertops.

Plenty of on-street parking, 15 minute commute to 24/7 PATH trains to NYC. Closest light rail station is currently under construction but a free shuttle bus is provided.

FiOs Internet installed.

Laundromat is 1.5 blocks away.

Looking to fill the space with a month or month or long term tenant with a F/T professional job. Somebody who's clean, respectful, laid back, and friendly. We are pretty active, busy, social people, but not into bringing the party home. Occasional guests are totally fine. No couples. No smoking. Must have a proof of income.

Room is unfurnished, spacious enough for a queen bed, side table, and small 4x4 counter.

Please provide one month security deposit ($800) and first months rent ($800) before moving in. Rent includes wifi, heat, electric, garbage, water, and biweekly house keeper.
