Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third to share a cut 3 bed/2.5 bath house in Northeast Austin.
I grew up in NC, lived in Houston for a bit, and currently work full-time at a local non-profit. Jessie (the roommie) is working and going to grad school at UT. We've been living in the house for about a year together; our third roommate recently moved out to go to med school. We both are very easy going, chill, and fun. We hang out together sometimes but also do a fair bit on our own. Jessie enjoys biking, hiking, good beer, seeing live music (pre covid) , gardening, and cooking. I like kayaking, reading, baking, and exploring.
We keep it pretty low key during the week. We like to keep common areas clean but neither of us is a fussy about it. We'd like to find someone who is in a similar life stage as us, if you are interested send me a response with a little info about you.

The house is a two-story home with 2,047 sq feet. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and the two spare bedrooms share a bathroom. The room available is 11*10. There is a side patio, front porch, backyard with a deck, and a doggie door. It's an adorable house with a lot of charm, a bunch of room, crown molding and natural lighting. All stainless steel appliances. It's pretty well furnished already but willing to rearrange and add more. There is also a neighborhood pool and nice trails around. Super safe and peaceful neighborhood. Utilities usually end up being around $100 each.
Open to the possibility of other pets, preferably small/medium dogs.
House/Roommate perks:
-front room is a cute little second living area that has built-in shelves that we have made into a fun crafty/office/whatever space
-recess lighting, and all windows have shutters that can open outward for natural lighting
-tons of storage including overhead hanging storage things in the garage (not sure what they are called)
-small garden, firepit, and big kiddie pool.
-fridge is always stocked with a random variety of beers
-Jessie likes yard work and gardening, so she pretty much takes care of that
-a super sweet cuddly weenie dog that also does protection when needed
-hammock, grill and, patio furniture on the side deck.
-Danielle has a kayak that she shares
Rent is 750, and then split utilities, deposit is one months rent.
There is also have a full size bed frame/mattress and box spring that can be included in the room if wanted or needed.
