Convenient Bushwick apartment

Quirky building in Bushwick. The room is 14' x 7' 8" (no closet) and has excellent light with a nice view. A nice skylight in the kitchen/living area fills the apartment with natural light. The building has a washing machine in the basement. A second room may be available starting August 1 -- that roommate will decide by June 1. Lgbtq+ friendly.

The best feature is that the apartment comes with a sweet, pets-loving, beyond-lazy, senior greyhound. Looking for a roommate that loves dogs. Post virus, if you are home during the day and are willing to spend time with him, I will pay you between $50 and $100 per month. If we had this deal, you might occasionally feed him and only very occasionally walk him if I were out late (he only goes out morning and night, so this would be rare).

Two-minute walk to the M train, and a 10-minute walk to the J train. Marie Hernandez Park is a 15-minute walk, and there is a strip of restaurants and bars right outside the door.

I am 32 years old. I'm a night owl, guitarist/singer (very respectful of times/requests), don't party or drink much (okay if you do). I work as a teacher at an after-school nonprofit.

*Only interested in roommates who did not have people over to their homes during shelter-in-place, who currently wear masks outside the apartment, and who contribute to keeping things clean/sanitary.
