Hi! My name is Erica. My boyfriend, Deason, and I are finishing up our lease in Woodstock currently and are looking for another place in Woodstock. Our current roommate is moving at the end of this lease because she wants an apartment to herself while we have two dogs, so we require a house with a fenced in back yard. Our lease is up July 24, so we definitely need to find someone as soon as possible! Preferably another couple, but one person is also totally fine! Having a dog is also something we are very open to! Between the two of us, we can comfortably afford $1000 for the master bedroom, but are willing to go a little over that if we have to! We love to cook and are always willing to split groceries and cook for you too!
