It’s about 5 minutes away from Manayunk heading closer to the city. It’s more families and dogs than college kids but our next door neighbors are kids from Temple so I do think it’s a good mix. We have a few coffee shops and cute restaurants in walking distance and we are right off Kelly Drive so you can run down there if you like that. 🙂 We have one spot in the back and a garage but we don’t really use the garage then there’s permit parking or free street parking a few blocks away. my roommate and I would be happy to show you around or we can FaceTime. Our landlord would like us to release by March 1. Our utilities are usually $80 a month per person and we each take on one. I do wifi, my roommate does PGW, our landlord does water, and the roommate who is leaving does PECO
