Utilities: Depends, but around $100
Lease: Usually 12 months, but you would be taking over my lease, which would be until May (5 months)
Location: about 5 min from downtown area. Super close to an HEB and restaurants/food trucks
Roommates: Three roommates. They like to keep to themselves, but are all friendly. Common areas are kept clean. Roommates have pets, but they’re chill and they don’t stay in common areas, in case you’re worried about yours getting along with theirs.
Bedroom - 12 X 10, relatively large closet, closet shelves, drawers, desk, chair, and bed frame included. Just bring a mattress
Bathroom - two in the apt, you share with just one of your roommates.
