Hi, I’m looking to sublease my room to someone (of any gender) in 2 bedroom apartment from January til Jun.
-Bedroom includes largish closet and private bathroom.
-The living area is furnished, but the bedroom will not be.
-About a 10 minute walk to campus
-Pool
-Monthly cleaning service
-$1500 a month not including utilities
-Parking available for an extra $75 a month
-The other roommate is a senior studying neuroscience. She is very fun and cool. Preferably she would like someone who is relatively neat and quiet. She does have a small dog, but he is ridiculously cute and sweet.
