The apartment is brand new and both rooms have access to a PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK!
Laundry is on the same floor exclusive to 3 units including us, new DISHWASHER, kitchen appliances and bathroom. No elevator, walk-up(work those glutes).
$1550- NO FEE! Will need a security deposit, and first month's rent to move in. Includes Wifi, heat, A/C in room, ceiling fan in room, water.
1/2/3 Train lines are 3-4 mins walk and just 1 stop to times square. B/C Lines are a 7min walk away. Plenty bus lines around the area (M5, M104, M7) Trader Joes around the block, Fairway, Equinox under the apartment, Sephora, Barney's, and multiple restaurants, bars, gyms, cinemas etc.
My partner and I are both students living in the city and working part-time. Mostly keep to ourselves and mostly out of the house during the day. We have guests from time to time, but will always give advanced notice. I am particular about keeping the place clean, everyone does their fair share on a weekly basis.
