Looking for a respectful, responsible, clean, and organized roommate, to rent unfurnished bedroom (w/closet) and private bathroom in residential complex in Revere.

-Washer & dryer in unit
-Balcony (where to appreciate amazing sunsets from; or snowfalls)

Apartment is within 0.1-mile walk to Revere beach; 7 miles from Logan airport, and 9 miles from downtown Boston. Wonderland T station (Blue line) is 2 miles away; bus stop is right across the street from building. Several supermarkets within 2-4-mile drive, and plenty of restaurants as well.

You will be sharing the apartment with a working professional female.
Looking for someone with a stable job/income, who is also mindful of taking the necessary precautions to stay safe under the current circumstances.

No pets, no smoking. First and last to move in; move-in date flexible.
