Ruby D - $650/month

Hi! My name is Ruby and I am a NYC native looking for my first long-term apartment.

If you were to live with me, you would usually find me in my room listening to music or working on an art project. I love people but privacy is very important to me.

I would prefer to sign a yearlong lease for 2020 starting in January. I am also open to moving in this fall and continuing into the next year. I am currently in the process of saving up money, I have a stable job 5 days a week and my income is roughly 1400 per month.

My ideal budget for a room would be $600-700 maximum, with a shared bathroom, living space, and kitchen. I have no preferences for roommates as long as we respect each other's preferences and privacy. Couples ok, smoking ok, pets ok. I enjoy cleaning and cooking.
