Private room (115 sq ft approx.) in peaceful community in Camelot condominiums. The condo is located on the first floor. The room has a tween bed, desk, chair and small tv (Furniture can be removed if you bring your own). It also has and a big closet! Washer/dryer on site

The community has open parking lot and also has a pool.
Common areas and bathroom shared with another roomie. House must be maintained cleaned and organized at all times.
Pet must be well trained and well taken care of. Must not be left alone consecutive days. Pet monthly fee $25. Proof of vaccination and continuous flea treatment is required.
Any damage & uncleanliness is the owner’s financial responsibility.
Initial month by month lease, but we can discuss different options after 12 months.
