The Where:
Off the beaten I-35 path you’ll find the charming small town of Lockhart, with a burgeoning art scene and a BBQ badge of honor (BBQ Capital of Texas). We're about a 30 minute radius to any of the surrounding towns (Seguin, San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Austin, as well as the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport).

The House:
A modest ranch style house with a large driveway and great shaded outdoor spaces (front porch seating, large fenced in backyard, gas fire table, grilling patio, and flower gardens).
The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance to a grocery store as well as to “the square” where you’ll find a number of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and art galleries.

The Room:
100 square foot furnished room with a full sized bed.
The room has a small closet for storage and additional storage in the garage can be made available if needed.
A full bathroom in the hallway will be the tenant's, but shared with guests.

The Terms:
$900 all utilities included + $300 deposit.
Utilities include power, water, trash & recycling service, internet, and security system
Minimum of 1 month rental-no prorated days
No smoking
No pets
