My name is Drew and I recently graduated from Fordham University at Lincoln Center. I live in Brooklyn by Prospect Park and my lease ends December 2023. My roommate moved out, but I would love to renew the lease with someone else as the apartment is in a great location for a decent price. To be clear - I am not renting out a room in my apartment, but rather asking that someone join the year long lease with me. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment and your bedroom would be fairly small, but your rent would be around $1k. Move-in would be January 1st, 2024. Living room is fully furnished. Also open to moving out of my current apartment if the situation makes sense. I mostly work from home as an intern but generally keep to myself. Also work at a cafe on the weekend.
