I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom 1 bath upper unit duplex. It is a charming duplex that also has modern updates that blend beautifully. Rent is 850 each and utilities (gas/electric, wifi, water) are split. It has an in-unit washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet that is shared. I have a loving 7 year old lab/heeler mix named Maizey. It is on a quiet residential street in a nice area where the community is very close and host many events throughout the year. It had a private balcony and a shared garden bed during the warmer months.
