Big master bedroom, private bathroom attached to bedroom, and large walk in closet. I have a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and I’m looking for ONE female roommate, preferably in their 20s, to rent out one of the rooms. You’ll have your own private room and private bathroom. The rent, utilities, and wifi are all included in 1250 per month per person.

Apartment community amenities include gated access, lake, car wash station, fitness center, laundry area, playground, pool, and court.

No pets. No additional people renting with you. You need to have a 600+ credit score, 1 month of pay stubs, first months rent, and a refundable security deposit of one months rent.
