Cheyann O - $600/month

Hi, I'm Cheyann (24 yo). I am looking for a female roommate between the ages of 21 and 30 to rent a private room and bath in my home. My boyfriend (26 yo) and I are both fulltime professionals and we work remotely from home M-F 8-5pm. So we are almost always here and keep a pretty regular schedule. We would like our new roommate to be more on the quiet side and also be a working professional. I am also a part-time MBA student so I am quite busy/studious. We also have a German Shepherd dog, Kora, who is very kind and gentle. We are open to another dog should they get along fine with Kora. Monthly rent is $600 and that does not include utilities (water, electric and internet).

I am looking for someone to sign a 3 month sublease just to feel them out and be sure we are a good match to extend. I would ideally like to have someone stay for a year.
