Hey there!

One of our roommates is moving out of our beautiful apartment. As such, we are looking for someone else to inhabit the space. The room is spacious, has high ceilings, a window, and closet. We have a gorgeous apartment (4 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms) close to Riverside park.

It's all newly renovated: marble countertop kitchen, ceiling lights, some brick wall, wooden flooring, and the laundromat is only a block away. We're on the second floor but there is an elevator in the building too. We're between Broadway and Riverside. 8 minute walk to the 1 train at 145th stop and 10 minute walk to the ABCD at 145th stop. The room is $950 a month including utilities and money towards cleaning products. Apart from myself (Yani) dancer/student, there are 2 other beautiful beings who will be residing with you. Luc a french hard working New Yorker and Vivek a fashion icon. We're all busy doing our own things, but we like to share food, drinks, or a movie if ever our schedules permit.
