Available Room for Rent

In Search of 3rd Housemate for 3/3 House in Golfview Neighborhood

Hello all, Marissa and I have found a beautiful home near campus (1 mile to the football stadium) in a historic neighborhood that we are looking to rent with a third person. We are looking for another graduate student or young professional (preferably 25+) to rent the house with us. It is 3 bed/3 bath with plenty of space. The rent would be $1,000 each plus utilities.

A little about us:

Marissa
• 30 years old
• an incoming Geography PhD student
• love being outdoors, travelling, rollerblading, cooking, dancing, and photography
• really value keeping communal spaces tidy
• more of a homebody so I like creating a cozy and comfortable space to unwind
• enjoy intentional social gatherings like dinner parties, game nights, or watching sports (Shoutout to the Jaguars, Tar Heels, and Hurricanes)

Carolina
• 26 years old
• an incoming dietetics grad student
• loves practicing yoga, spending time outdoors, cooking, and dancing salsa/bachata
• enjoys hosting friends and creating shared spaces where everyone feels comfortable
• like exploring new restaurants/coffee shops, but can also be a homebody at times
• I’m an ADHD girly! I have a strong appreciation for controlled chaos, but I thrive best with a bit of structure

Key info that we both align on
• must be LGBTQ+ friendly
• open to dogs as long as they get along with my ESA labradoodle, Luna
• preferably no cats
