Hello,
I have a room with a private bathroom available by September 12th, 2026. It is a corner apartment with great views of downtown from the balcony and the rooftop pool and lounge area. The building is only 3 years old. There is a great gym, common area and private work spaces in the lobby, private parking, and easy access to the eastside Beltline among many other amenities.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Rent: $1000 a month, plus $150 deposit
Can lease anywhere from 3 to 5 months.
About me: I am a kind and respectful roommate. Easy to get along with and I like to keep a neat and tidy living space. I am a writer and actor, who also works in hospitality.
