House to share with room and bathroom

Hi everyone! We are renting out a room to share the house in Clearwater. It's a 3 bdrm/ 2 bath close to downtown clearwater, dunedin, and clearwater beach. West side of clearwater.

Room for rent is 12.5 ft x 12 ft. Someone is renting it out currently, but will be ready Oct 4th. They have given the okay to show the room until they leave. The pictures of it holding workout equipment and computer (see in pictures) were taken last listing. The room has it's own private bathroom right outside door.

We're currently looking for just filling one room for 800$/month, Utilities to be split by # of occupants (currently me and my girlfriend, so 1/3). Deposit is 400$. Laundry is in garage, purchased washer/dryer in Oct 2022. Room is unfurnished.

We're hoping to find someone around our age. Also no weed smoke, cigarettes, or pets allowed inside. Regular Vapes are fine. We have a tiny yorkie who doesn't shed hair.
