Available one spacious private bedroom with private bathroom in a beautiful and recently renovated villa with pool, hot tub and large garden in a very quiet and safe area of North Miami well connected to everything.

This is a beautiful and modern villa with river front. Large indoor dining area with stainless steel countertops and fully equipped kitchen. Living room equipped with a very comfortable couch with Smart TV. The bedroom features a very comfortable luxury bed, walk in closet, desk and night stands.

The outside features a heated pool and jacuzzi. Also the patio includes a large dining area with gas operated bbq as well as wood fired grill.

You will be sharing the house with the owner who is a male professional in his mid 30s who works in the food and hospitality business and travels often for business.

The ideal roommate should definitely be someone clean, neat, no drama and respectful of other people's place.

Looking for someone who could commit for at least 6 months.

One month security deposit and one month rent required upon move in.

You will be renting directly from landlord so there is no agent’s fee.
