Searching for a roommate for a beachfront, top-floor, luxury 1350 sq ft apartment in Evanston- literally steps from South Boulevard Beach! Brand new building with a gym, rooftop balcony, and heated garage. The apartment is two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a washer/dryer and balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. You can see downtown Chicago from the living room as well as hear the waves! 10 minute walk to the purple line.
