Sydney - $1,200/month

Hey guys, my name is Sydney! Im 23 and I'm relocating to Tampa from Colorado at the end of August for a new job. I'm looking for a 2b/2b in the Tampa or St. Pete area or a house to rent with others. Trying for move in on August 21st with a budget of $1,200-300 including utilities. I'm currently in a small 1B/1B so I have a couch, TV stand, coffee table and a two seater kitchen table.
I work in animal care and will be working at Busch Gardens as an Animal Keeper part time. I also work in vet med so I typically work 5-6 days a week. On my days off I love to explore new areas, go for walks, beach days, visit markets, meet new people and hang out with friends! I enjoy to go out and get occasional drinks with friends. I care to keep a clean living space and am very respectful of other people. I want a roommate that shares interests and wants to be friends, have movie nights and get to know each other. I'm also into fitness so I'm always happy to be a gym/yoga/pilates buddy!
I have two dogs, a Goldendoodle named Leo, and a Chihuahua mix named Winnie. Leo is a really great easy going dog that loves everyone. Winnie is a rescue and he takes a minute to warm up to people (he barks when meeting new people) but once he's comfortable he is an absolute love. I prefer for the dogs to get to have access to the space while I'm working so I do want a roommate that's okay with having dogs around. Both dogs do well with other dogs, but I don't know if Winnie has ever met a cat before!
