Jack S - $1,100/month

I like to think I'm a pretty laid back person, but I'm also organized, always pay my rent on time, and I can open a beer bottle with a lighter (that's my party trick haha). I work 45-50 hours on the weekdays so will not really be home during the day. On the weekends (when I'm not working) I like to do outdoor activities and go out with friends. I work for a real estate company in the area and am about to sit for the Licensee Test. Down the road (hopefully 12 months from now) I am looking to buy an investment property, so in the meantime I'm just trying to save some money by finding a roommate or two.
